Terms of Service — Subshed

By accessing or using subshedapp.com ("Subshed", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Subshed scans your Gmail inbox metadata to detect recurring subscriptions and displays them in your dashboard. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Payments

Subshed offers a one-time lifetime payment processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or interfere with its normal operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Subshed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that every subscription will be detected.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
